Class Schedule

Cardio Boxing:

Circuit training class which is mixed between cardio workouts and boxing. We always work in teams and split up the class between hitting the bags and pushing through a high intensity cardio interval circuit. This is a perfect way to help build your cardio endurance, increase speed, stamina and help improve coordination.

Boxing Strength:

Similar to our Cardio Boxing Class except we use weights in this class. This class is another circuit training class that is mixed between boxing drills and a total body strength circuit. Our main focus in this class is to help improve your boxing technique, build muscular endurance and correct any muscular imbalances that most of us have before starting our program.

Boxing Technique:

This class is an open training class which strictly focuses on Boxing Technique. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of boxing and will learn how to hit different bags while still getting a good workout. We encourage all levels to join this class and guarantee you results during your first month of training.

Strength and Conditioning:

Maximize your performance with a high-intensity, full body and functional workout. In this class we focus on building strength, muscular endurance, improving balance, flexibility and coordination. This is a great addition to our Boxing Program and we encourage everyone to join this class.
